COST OF SERVICES:

The costs of analytical procedures are listed at the right margin for each analytical code of interest. The client may solicit analytical results without recommendations or with specific recommendations, based upon the corresponding analytical results.

Written recommendations can specify:

1. The type(s) of fertilizer(s) to employ.


2. The amount of fertilizer(s) to use.


3. The manner in which to apply the fertilizers, whether in solid form or in the irrigation water (concentration, frequency, volume to apply).

PROFESSIONAL HONORARIUMS ARE
CALCULATED AT THE RATE OF:

Usually, the client solicits professional service through use of the Sample Submittal Form. The Soil and Plant Laboratory consultant can assist with selection of appropriate analytical procedures and determine the total cost for service, including the cost of written report, if desired. Professional honorariums are calculated on the basis of the time dedicated to preparing written reports. Usually, a typical report will require from 0.8 to 1.5 hours or more, depending upon the complexity of the project.

Professional Reports will specify type, amount and method of application of fertilizer(s). Reports can include discussion of conditions found, strategy for correction or remediation, and specific recommendations based upon professional interpretation of analytical data.

Services may be paid by credit card at our secure online payment center on this web site. Your report will be delivered via electronic mail. The turnaround time, once samples are received at the Laboratory, is 5 - 10 days, depending upon the analytical procedures requested. If a particular investigation requires additional time, the client will be informed prior to commencement of such work.
